This is my 4th round so I have definitely already had a successful round under my belt all the way into P4. I have been reading about cycling as a potential b/c my 3rd round was a bust mentally.
Does it have to be 2 weeks P2, 1 week P3? Or could I do one week P2, one week (well 4 days after the 72 hours) P3?
For some reason this is the ONLY way I lose weight now. I literally spent the last weeks on a very clean eating, low cal plan with exercise and nothing. Not a pound, not even an inch. I did get some bada** guns though ;)
So what do you think? Or do I need to suck it up and do 2 weeks? I'm on day 3 and already crying for phase 3 lol. I'm not craving sweets and starches though. I just want nuts and more variety of fruits and veggies. So it isn't a craving issue, per se.
